Main Ingredients:
Wheat flour dough
Ground beef, Chinese chive, ginger & scallion water, liaojiu (Chinese cooking wine), spice water (five spice, sand ginger and Sichuan peppercorn), soy sauce, sesame oil, black peppercorn, salt and sugar.
Sauce includes chicken both broth, dry chili flakes, sesame seeds, cumin seeds, five spice, soy sauce and Chinese dark viegar, salt and sugar.
Contain soy and wheat.
STORAGE TIP: Store your dumplings in a freezer until you are ready to cook.
COOKING TIP: Boil frozen; use a pot that has enough space for dumplings to float around. Add freshly chopped scallions or cilantro to the soup bowl if desired.
BOIL DIRECTIONS - RECOMMENDED
1: ADD – all sauce into a bowl and set aside.
2: ADD - 5 cups of cold water to a pot.
3: TURN – heat to MEDIUM to HIGH.
4: PLACE – 10 frozen dumplings into the pot and let them cook until they are floating on the surface (about 4 minutes).
5: ADD – 1/2 cup of cold water when the dumplings are floating on the surface and repeat the same action for one more time ( 2 times in total ).
6: ADD - 1/2 cup of the boiled water to the sauce bowl and stir the soup base evenly. Adjust the water amount or add salt as desired.
7: REMOVE– pot from heat and string dumplings to the sauce bowl.
8: DEVOUR and ENJOY.
