Main Ingredients:
Sweet potato starch noodle
Pickled radish, Chinese celery or scallions, and toasted soybeans topping
Sauce including garlic, sesame oil, chili oil, dark vinegar, Sichuan peppercorn, and flavored soy sauce or house-made Sichuan 复(Fù)制(Zhì)酱(Jiàng)油(Yóu)
Contain soy and wheat.
STORAGE TIP: Store your noodle kit in a freezer if you do not plan to cook them within five days after purchase; the food should keep for up to three weeks if frozen but the quality might not be as good as the fresh ones.
COOKING DIRECTIONS - RECOMMENDED
1: ADD – sauce base to a noodle bowl; set the bowl aside.
2: ADD – 5 cups of water to a pot; adjust the amount of water as preferred.
3: SET – stove to MEDIUM or HIGH heat and bring water to a boil.
4: REMOVE – glass noodles from the sealed package; add noodles to the boiling water (use caution!) and stir in the boiling water until noodles become super soft (4–5 minutes).
5: REMOVE – pot from heat.
6: TAKE –1 cup of hot water from the pot and add it into ingredients in the noodle bowl; stir until ingredients and sauce are dispersed evenly.
7: STRAIN– noodles to the bowl.
8: TOP – noodles with Chinese celery or scallions, pickled radish, toasted soybeans; mix all ingredients together to your satisfaction; add extra salt if desired (recommending fresh bean sprouts topping too).
9: DEVOUR and ENJOY.
