Main Ingredients:

  • Sweet potato starch noodle

  • Pickled radish, Chinese celery or scallions, and toasted soybeans topping

  • Sauce including garlic, sesame oil, chili oil, dark vinegar, Sichuan peppercorn, and flavored soy sauce or house-made Sichuan 复(Fù)制(Zhì)酱(Jiàng)油(Yóu)

  • Contain soy and wheat.

STORAGE TIP: Store your noodle kit in a freezer if you do not plan to cook them within five days after purchase; the food should keep for up to three weeks if frozen but the quality might not be as good as the fresh ones.

COOKING DIRECTIONS - RECOMMENDED

1: ADD – sauce base to a noodle bowl; set the bowl aside.

2: ADD – 5 cups of water to a pot; adjust the amount of water as preferred.

3: SET – stove to MEDIUM or HIGH heat and bring water to a boil.

4: REMOVE – glass noodles from the sealed package; add noodles to the boiling water (use caution!) and stir in the boiling water until noodles become super soft (4–5 minutes).

5: REMOVE – pot from heat.

6: TAKE –1 cup of hot water from the pot and add it into ingredients in the noodle bowl; stir until ingredients and sauce are dispersed evenly.

7: STRAIN– noodles to the bowl.

8: TOP – noodles with Chinese celery or scallions, pickled radish, toasted soybeans; mix all ingredients together to your satisfaction; add extra salt if desired (recommending fresh bean sprouts topping too).

9: DEVOUR and ENJOY.
