Main Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour dough

  • Ground pork, ginger & scallion water, liaojiu (Chinese cooking wine), soy sauce, sesame oil, white peppercorn, salt and sugar.

  • Contain soy and wheat

STORAGE TIP: Store your wonton kit and the soup base in a freezer until you are ready to cook.

COOKING TIP: Defrost soup base in a fridge over night; heat the soup base in a microwave for about 1 minute and put aside; add chili sauce into the soup if desired.

COOKING DIRECTIONS - RECOMMENDED

1: ADD – 5 cups of water to a pot, and then 1 teaspoon of salt (adjust the amount of water as desired).

2: TURN – heat to MEDIUM or HIGH and bring water to a boil.

3: PLACE – 10 frozen wontons into the pot; wait until the water starts to boil again and the wontons are floating.

4: ADD – 1 cup of cold water into the pot; wait until the water starts boiling again.

5: REMOVE – pot from heat and wait for a couple of minutes.

6: STRAIN – wontons from the pot and drop them into the soup base (add salt if desired).

7: DEVOUR and ENJOY.
