HISTORY: 钵(Bō) 钵(Bō)鸡(Jī) is a traditional snack from Sichuan Province, and was first conceived of 100 years ago during the Qing Dynasty. Chicken and vegetables — bamboo shoots, lotus root, and wood ear mushrooms — are cooked and served on skewers.
