Main Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour noodle

  • Fresh bean sprouts, cucumber slices, and toasted soybeans

  • Sauce including garlic, sesame oil, Sichuan peppercorn, chili oil, dark vinegar, flavored soy sauce or house-made Sichuan 复(Fù)制(Zhì)酱(Jiàng)油(Yóu), sugar, and scallions oil.

  • Contain soy and wheat

STORAGE TIP: Store your noodle kit in a freezer if you do not plan to cook them within three days after purchase; the food should keep for up to three weeks if frozen but the quality might not be as good as the fresh ones.

COOKING DIRECTIONS - RECOMMENDED

1: ADD – the sauce base to a noodle bowl.

2: REMOVE – cold noodles from the sealed package and add to ingredients in the noodle bowl.

3: TOP – noodles with soybean sprouts or carrot slices, cucumber slices, and toasted soybeans; mix all ingredients together to your satisfaction. Add extra salt and freshly chopped scallions if desired.
